KUNSTpause 2024 from 4-7 April 2024
During four days artists between 18 and 35 years will present their current work in a curated exhibition in the Chollerhalle Zug. The KUNSTpause is already taking place for the 19th time. Young talents from all over Switzerland and abroad have the chance to apply for the exhibition platform. Designers, musicians, theater artists, dancers, etc. also have the opportunity to apply and perform at this event.
The KUNSTpause does not focus exclusively on the field of visual arts, but works of all techniques including performance will be exhibited. The location offers the possibility to submit large and/or space-specific works.
Fee and commission
The exhibiting artists (per application) will be paid a fee including expenses of 500 Swiss francs. This applies to collectives, visual and performing artists. 60% of the proceeds of the sold works will go to the artists and 40% will be used for the organization, realization and promotion of the exhibition. Also for the 19th edition, cooperations with galleries and the like are intended in order to further develop the platform idea.
Deadline for registration: Sunday, December 10, 2023
The application includes questions and personal details and a dossier for the corresponding work must be entered.
Curation and promotion meeting for all participating artist:s mandatory: 13 and 14 January 2024 online. This meeting is very important for the further planning of the exhibition. Your works, their scenographic realization, technical equipment and exhibition material will be discussed.
Confirmations
The decision about participation will be sent by mail on January 8, 2024.

It is not allowed to submit works that have already been sold or borrowed.
